Tim Boyle, RA, designs architecture, fine art, and toys.

Tim worked for several years as a project architect for Sawyer/Berson in New York City, completing projects in New York City, the Hamptons, Colorado and California.  Through Tim Boyle Design, he has completed houses, brownstones, and apartments in the New York Metropolitan area and in Arizona.

For six years Tim taught Graphic Design as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.  While a student he developed and co-taught a class in Architectural Documentary with Kenneth Frampton.

Tim co-founded brinca dada toys with Doug Rollins and as Design Principal designed several award-winning solar powered dollhouses and wooden blocks.  The dollhouses were featured in The New York TimesThe San Fransisco ChronicleThe Wall Street Journal, Real SimpleWhole LivingHouse Beautiful ,Town & Country, & GQ, as well as dwell.com, dailycandy.com, inhabitant.com.  Its was widely seen in Nelly’s music video Just A Dream, which has over 140 million hits on Youtube.  The blocks were featured in The New York Times and New York Magazine.

Tim used to live in New York with his family and pet alligator.  Now he lives in Arizona and the gator lives in the zoo.
